LOOKING FOR CALIFORNIA CLAIMANTS (NOT JUST UNUM)
Grand Prix Productions, Producer of the film, "bad faith",
is looking for additional California claimants who feel
they have been wronged by their insurance companies.
It is imperative that you let them know whether yours is a
health insurance or disability insurance matter by putting
either Health Insurance or Disability Insurance in the
subject line. You must include your name, address,
telephone number, fax and/or email.
Give the name of your insurance carrier, your condition and
the last diagnosis you have received. Let them know if it
is alright for someone to contact you. Finally, tell them
your story.
