Is there any legal protection if I bought a used car
(2008) that has some kind of air quality problem (mold?
or some strange chemical odor ?) The car has 15K miles
and it was in for service on Day 10 of ownership, but the
problem was not corrected. Will the lemon law in New York
State cover this?
