ends..." it just keeps going, going, and going. Sorry to hear the
ruling. But don't get discouraged, the judicial system is like the
gift that keeps on giving but one that no one really wanted anymore.
To clear up confusion you have requested a summary judgement from the
court/judge to review the complaint and evidence to see if the court
would rule there was insufficient evidence, or basis of law for the
trial to continue? A ruling on the known facts to date where a ruling
could save the court valuable time and expense in denying the cause.
Ie. a fravilous suit filed against you!
I kind of know where your coming from, and perhaps the mental anquish
in being stuck in the litigation quagmire for many months to come. But
some times peoples actions or inactions require the in the face, or on
the side confrontation of disputed facts. It is just a matter of
principles we live by, and a matter of law. Just hunker down, grab a
romance novel, a bottle of caliornia bubbly and just lose yourself.
You should know if you don't we are really rooting for your
exhoneration. v/r jc
