Post: Victory for Chemically Sensitive Patient in Court of AppealsPosted by Ken Dobson on 10/01/08
The Oregon Court of Appeals today reversed a trial court
that excluded the testimony of Dr. William Rea in a case
regarding a pesticide misapplication at a house of an
individual suffering from chemical sensitivity.
Up until this point, almost all reported decsions applying
the Daubert test for admissability of expert testimony
have exlcuded evidence and testimony regarding the
controversial condition.
A copy of the Court of Appeals decision is available at:

Special thanks to Dr. Richard Lipsey, who provided
testimony in the Duabert hearing the chemical sensitivity
is a recognized disorder.
