Re: Cause of Potato Famine & Why Its Coming Back

    Posted by Deborah on 12/30/09

There were two separate proceedings, Mikey; the eviction proceedings instituted by you claiming
NO LEASE and the civil suit I initiated for tort, wrongful eviction, et al.

The eviction was granted, I guess that you consider it a win; I have already stated I did not
have the financial means to file for a suspensive appeal while paying rent on your rental
property from which I was, by all standards, constructively evicted from due to the lack of gas
and dangers posed by the gaping hole in the back yard which was once a cesspool and pay a new
    rent.

I dropped my matter after a run of odd incidents which included having my door kicked in two
days before an evidentiary hearing and the only things stolen being related to the case and my
computer hard drive ( but I showed up in court with a copy of the tape ), phone and mail
tamperings, car burglary ( again, just before going back into court on this matter and
immediately after receiving subpeonaed documents which I had the foresight to fax out of state
as soon as I got them )where only my file was taken while tools, cell phone, etc..were left
behind...oh wait, is that the file you are referring to?? The final straw was having Entergy
workers appear on my door step at 10 pm one night to tell me gas had been shut off at the place
I was currently living in and that your former tenants bought and forced me out as a condition
of purchase..and my son experienced some trouble. I have no way of knowing with certainty what,
if any, of the aforementioned events, and others unspecified, had anything to do with that case.

I have difficulty believing you are Mike B since Mike would not likely want to draw attention to
the fact that he tampered with a utility among other unsavory things.

In any event, Sharon's matter is a bit more interesting than this old stuff and if you want to
rehash it, why keep having the webmaster remove it?
