Laura,
I am one to never say never. I don't know enough about your situation to tell
you anything of what might be a good direction for you. But, John is absolutely
right. (I cannot believe I am having to now write this for the 3rd time in a
week). BE CAREFUL If an attorney tells you he wants money upfront and he will
win your case, RUN.
As far as your family's health, find people who have been thru it and have gotten
better to give you a starting point of direction.
Also, how do you know the symptoms are from an exposure long ago? How do you
know you are not still being exposed to something that is making your daughter
recently ill?
