just can't cure yourself of making huge assumptions. nothing caustic about what i wrote
and no trigger words either, after all these years i think i know the drill.

As for proscriptive periods, that is something to either ask an attorney or research
yourself, each case is unique. Keep in mind that having too many battles within the war
that the litigation will be is cost prohibitive; in other words, if you must litigate
over proscription it will add considerably to the cost.
If you do not have verifiable data from that time period, then it would be a waste of
time to spend another thought on it.
