No your propaganda sides with the Allstate request for a 45% rate hike. Can you see the state
Commissioner saying sure when the just got a 25% profit. Makes better reason when you only say
it was a missley 3%. Ask for 45%, get 10% with the 25%. Not bad even with payouts in a bad year.
