One of the reports on the building condition at Toyota of
Poway was sick workers are having to fight for their
workers comp...in the meantime, the taxpayers are paying
for their inability to work, since CorVel Corp. is
attemping to deny their workers comp claims. As I
understand it, there are four workers claiming injury from
the water damaged work environment. An ACOEM physician,
Dr. Stephen Munday, has done the evaluation on behalf of
CorVel and Toyota of Poway.
