So much for transparency and the desire for stakeholder
comment when ACOEM establishes practice guidelines and
recommendations written into state policies.
Makes one wonder if they are intending to continue on with
a fraud in science used to aid in shifting workers comp
insurers' responsibility to injured workers onto CA and Us
taxpayers via state and federal disability programs.
