Hello All,

I moved to Atlanta about 7 months ago as a normal 23 year
old. I am not extremely ill, up to my ears in medical
bills, and permanently damaged as a result of my apartment.
I have all the required apartment testings, doctor letters,
even pictures of the mold - everything.

My land lord now asks I leave immediately. I want to move
more than anything so I can finally begin to recover
properly from this. I cannot afford a downpayment or
alternative apartment due to the large amount of medical
bills piling in and his refusal to give my security
deposite. I have tried numerous attorneys and really have
no where else to turn.

Please, I am asking for any help in the right direction - I
am 23 and due to his negligence of renting an apartment
that was not up to code (and still is not), I will be
suffering from this for the rest of my life. Email me with
