Could someone explain to me what Workers Comp 25A liability
is? My employer's insurance company has been paying for an
antifungal prescription needed as a result of workplace
mold exposure for the past 7 years. Workers Comp is now
determining 25A liability and determining if the Special
Funds Conservation Fund will now pay for the prescription.
How is this determined and who funds the Special Funds
Conservation Fund?
