I have been involved in the EIFS industry since 1984 with
extensive technical experience including National Quality
Control Administrator for the national Dryvit settlement.

Specializing in EIFS and water damage due to leaks, I am
currently repairing a large commercial project in St.
Louis with leaking windows with additional projects in NY,
GA and OH.

Despite the belief that most window leaks are caused by
improper installation, they are, in fact, due to leaking
window units.

I developed a retrofit window pan and currently hold a
patent on the same. It solves many moisture problems.
