I think that alot of you use the same pretreatment that we do. We build over
800 homes a year in FL and GA and use MicroShield ES on all of our homes. I
know everybody wants to get very technical about the products, and we did as
well, but the complete MicroShield Mold Prevention Program is what sold us.
I havent heard anyone speak of it on this board. Im sure it is readily
available or at least I believe it is. In a nut shell the MicroShield Mold
Prevention Program covers us from a well written protocol for us as well as
ou Homeowners to onsite inspections and evaluations of any and all water
intrusion issues we have. Yes all of them. They respond with certified mold
remidiators and if necessary industrial hygenist within 24hrs. Everything is
documented and we follow their recommendations to the T on every water
intrusion event. Now thats proactive and great CYA. Not hard to see that
this guy is a builder and really knows what both the builder and homeowner
need. Dont settle for just spraying chemicals on your homes get the complete
    program from MicroShield ES.
