Please don't try to equate Anthrax with Mold. Of Course the
governmet was going to use a water based bleach to kill a
dangerous air born spore. The expanded energy of the bleach
kills the spore and the water evaporates. The problem is
mold is bleached on the top but bottom layers live, and the
extra level of water is wicked into the mold on the bottom
level which gives more life to the mold. Bleaching either
clorine based or peroxide based removes the smell temporary.
If you are refering to the mycotoxins they are the gaseuous
byproductes of the mold fending off other types of molds. If
you are refering to the air borne spores then there are
plenty more in the vincinity that are going to benefit to the
fall out of the water by product.
