Impact is what I use to kill mold. It is EPA registered and
works very well. You can buy it at www.traskresearch.com. I
know because I kill mold for my clients on a daily basis as
a 15 year remediation contractor.

Then I treat behind it with a Foster 40-51 behind the mold
killing treatment. This seals an remianing spores (if any)
and the provides long term mold resistance. You can buy it
