    Dear Mary,

I do not understand what you say when you say "no mention
about wrong doing." Every Class Action suit I file mentions
wrong-doing. If it did not, it would be dismissed almost as fast
as I file it. Seems like you just have a problem with Class
Actions. If so, that is a legislative matter, and the
legislature, or Congress, can outlaw them if they elect. Then
instead of one suit's being filed, you could have ten-
thousand,if you have one of those mass-disaster chemical
releases like are not unknown in a large petro-chemical area
    like the Lake Charles Area.

    Best of luck!
