Dear NYU388,

By any chance are you referring to the the DRYVIT lawsuit? (Posey
v. Dryvit Systems, Inc.) It's called the Dryvit "EIFS" Stucco Case.
If you are referring to it, then know that the Tennessee Court of
Appeals lifted its stay in January. It is mentioned at
www.stuccosettlement.com If that is not the case you are referring
to, then my apologies.
