There was a precedent setting case in Hartford CT this year
with a biolab worker named Becky McClain. She sued Pfizer;
a jury trial awarded her over $1 million. Not enough to
cure what she got while working, but enough to continue her
fight.

Check her name and Pfizer on Google and you will see the
story.
