The Pa. Supreme Court affirmed it's ruling of 2014 that
Megan's Law III was NEVER enacted into a law. So, why
were'nt those convicted of violating that non-existant law
released from prison. No law, no violation of a law, no
crime committed. RIGHT!!! IS THIS GROUNDS FOR A MASS TORT?
Is Pa. guilty of kidnapping? Social Cleanseing the streets
of Pa. without Due Process, Equal Protection of the Law?
I'm seeking an attorney to file suit.
