Greetings:

Just received notice of proposed settlement. I get a 12 day
extension of a life insurance policy for FREE! The plaintiff
counsel will get $1.5 million or so. What a deal. I feel
empowered! Justice will be served!

This is exactly the kind of crap that will drive tort reform.
