    Re: Checks In Mail

Attorneys had to get 95% of their clients to agree to settlement. Once
that figure was reached, Wyeth was to start sending settlement checks out
to those who sent their agreement in to them first. This is for clients
with Houston attorneys (over 4,000) and was for opt out people only. I
wish it was 95% of the requested amount. We all had to settle for a
whole lot less than we were originally told. We're not greedy, but
settlement is not what it should be. Attorneys did a snow job on us.
Amounts probably will not pay for damage that was done. But, after 6
years we're happy its finally over.
