Spoke to my lawyer yesterday said they received the check
needed my permission to cash it. Did not mention the
amount said they will get with me next week.didn't say
anything about they need to pay cc just said out of pocket
money will not be that much i know i sign for the 40% but
not sure if they will pay the cc or try to take it out of
my money?????
will receive 274.000 it stated on the check 18,000 for cc
my money or theirs?????
