Is this money for the opt- out , claiments to/ seems like we
all got the short end of the stick, I am a opt- out and
hardly got any money nothing like I was lead to belief. I
was told that since I had 2 leakages, that I needed to opt-
out so I would recieve a larger amount of money, how funny.
