I am new to this site however my mom did receive a letter that they
wanted to give her a 1 time settlement of $2000, and wanted her to
get her paper work notorized, she was so upset after all they put
her through. We wrote them a letter refusing it. Needless to say she
has pulmonary hypertension to top things off guess who her lawyers
are? Laminack, Pirtle, and Martines.
