I also had a deposition in November 2005. Approximately
one month ago I received and accepted my settlement
package. I have been told that the funds should be
available by the end of September 2006. I have been
diagnosed with severe mitral valve regurgitation after
only taking the pills for 3 months. I am an opt-out and
don't know how many of the rest of you are. Please
respond.
