I also had my deposition in November, I am an opt-out. Took
pills for 6 months all 3 (fen phen and redux). My attorney is
out of Texas O'Quinn. Still have not heard a thing, suppose to
hear by end of September, but needs 95% to agree with the
offers. They don't think we will receive payment maybe the end
of the year.
