My family lived at Tarawa Terrace II while my father was
stationed there as a marine from 1976 thru 1978.

My father was diagnosed with kidney cancer about five years
ao. At least he could get health care because he is
considered a veteran.

Now my mother has kidney cancer (just diagnosed)! She has
no health insurance and is not able to request va benefits
(as an ex-spouse). This is a disgrace.

She needs an operation and will have numerous and mounting
medical bills. She will not be able to work. We would like
to sue for healthcare expenses and future disability / some
kind of renumeration for her earnings loss, etc., for my
mother. Is this possible? Can you help us, please?
