>>> PERHAPS IT PEOPLE LIKE YOU WHO MISJUDGE PEOPLE FOR BEING FAKES AND THINK
YOU CAN GIVE THEM THE HARDEST TIME EVER CONTINUING TO IGNORANTLY EXPOSE
THEM TO TOXINS JUST BECAUSE LET'S SAY MAYBE YOU KNOW THEM PERSONALLY, THAT
THEY HAVE NEVER GOTTEN DOCUMENTS WITH A DIAGNOSIS OF HAVING MCS FROM A
DOCTOR, BECAUSE MAYBE EITHER THEY COULDN'T FIND A DOCTOR THAT RECOGNIZES
MCS, OR PERHAPS THEY JUST CAN'T AFFORD ONE?????????? <<<
What I don't understand is that your post is in reply to mine. You need to
calm down and read my post again, carefully. Or, were you replying to Mary?
Neither I (pro-MCS) nor Mary (opposed to MCS diagnosis) have referred to those
diagnosed with MCS as fakes. We simply agreed that fakes do exist (and that is
undeniable-- there are fakes with other real illnesses, like cancer).
I was also saying that some people do react to chemicals on a biological basis
(see Dudley, Bell, etc.), whereas others react to chemicals on a psychogenic
basis (often due to trauma-- See studies by Staudenmayer).
I then gave examples of how to determine between psychogenic, biologic, and
fakes. If no observations or tests have been done, then there is no way to
tell. That is all I was saying.
It is very difficult to tell if you meant to reply to me. At any rate, try to
calm down.
