Post: Toxins in Sunflower Seeds, Elephant Ears
Posted by johncodie on 3/19/03
I know there are some toxins in suflowers, as the area below the plant suppreses any growth below the plant. The seeds, or petals droppings on the ground tend to kill the vegatation. What would be the effects of children using those as substitutes for gum, or tobacco with little league ball. They love to have something to spit. Also the elephant ear plants have something in them that cause me to itch like crazy after mowing them down. What is the toxins in them, and what would be dosage for both? Posion, toxins, etc. ????? How would these compare to molds within the home?
