I am helping a family who was poisoned from November of
2000. There are nine people involved the young ones where
hurt the worst . There is a 5 year old child that has to
now sleep with a breathing machine. There was a boy the age
of 5 that did not gain weight but lost 2 and a half pounds
in a 8 month span . The adults where hit hard . Some of
them to the point of passing out and hitting the floor . A
local contractor was hired to treat an apartment complex
with a wood presevative . They used air compressors on wet
wood and the solvent did not cook off but remained
poisoning them for months . We have medical records and
school absences but no epidemiological studies from the
time of exposure. Help I need to find a serious lawyer that
go through with this case . Two of them have botched this
already and there Is a jurry trial set for Jan 2004 . Thank
you .
