    You could be like johncodie, declare yourelf the world's
    supreme authority on all subjects, the grand master of the
    board, and whine/sulk the rest of your life like he does. The
    whining must be a compensible element of his claim.

    As for your question, unlike Mr. Codie, I will admit I am
    completely unfamiliar with RADS. I will look it up and see
    what I can find. What state are you in?
