    Hey Mary:

    Good to hear from you. Johncodie wins. I give. Not sure what he wins, or what I give, but
    he can have it. Hope he has the strength or presence of mind to depart from his board styled
    philosophies, logic, and mannerisms. Seems it would be pretty hard for a deponent, or
    testifying plaintiff at trial, to uphold his testimony when it is inherently contradictory?


    I try to be a little more humble. It's a lawyer's world out there in litigation, and when
    you have a lawsuit, you should humbly live in that world realizing you don't call the shots.
