Hello, just wanted to drop a note and say that I have been thru
Dr. Shoemakers treatment and have only positive things to say. If
anyone wishes to review the protocol I'll be glad to relay it and
explain it the way he explained the action to me. He sat me down
and literally drew a diagram on the exam bed paper.
I went to Dr. Shoemaker feeling horrible, what I thought to be
that equilivent to a 93 year old woman. I'm getting ready to turn
fourty three. I was treated by Dr. Shoemaker aprox three years
ago. I had been bitten by a tick and suffered a raging infection.
All Lyme test came back negative but being extremely symptomatic,
we began the treatment anyway. The visual test screamed positive.
My symptoms mimicked Lupus. Gee, which one did I want. After
doing some research on line. I was given a referal to the good
Dr. The first visit proved to be fruitful. He showed me that
using the drug known as Actos (normally used for diabetes) and
causing the same action, would make the cells succeptable to
allowing an enzyme exchange of sorts. Thus these things being
relesased into the blood stream. if you know anything you know
that the gallbladder is a filter for all blood. The toxins
chronic neurotoxins that are released are thrown in to the
intestines. The Actos dosage was minimal and short lived. 10
days. On the 7th day I started the Questran (choleystramine) I
did not use generic. The products of Questran are not absorbed
into the body system. It only draws out. As the toxins and just
like the use of this drug for it's normal function to reduce
cholyesterol, the cholystremine absorbs the toxins. for lack of a
better way to put it, you "poop" your troubles away. The Dr. also
did a test called HDLA4, I might be mistaken about he name but it
was a test to determine what I hade been exposed to and was
succeptable to. Not guaranteeing that the Lyme was negative, It
did show an extreme positive succeptability and exposure to a
particular fungus. There were actually a few on the list. What
I soon found out was that I was being made ill by the house that I
lived in. A 95 year old farm house to be exact. I have since
moved, after what I thought was a second bout. I am back to a
happy, healthy individual, and intend to grow old normally, not by
the effects of the nasty things floating around in our world. I
did the treatment and in the process found that it also got rid of
my irriateable bowel syndrome. And my guess would be that the
symptoms of the bowel were maybe toxin related and until the
toxins were removed in spectfic they were continually dumped back
in to my system. There are several things in this world that are
unexplained and unknown still, but who are we to say that
someone's a quack. I give this man every credit in the world.
I'm a nurse by profession and I don't think an army of other
doctors could ever change my mind. I know he saved my life. I've
had a doctor literally scream at me and tell me that I had
arthritis, I'd always had arthritis. I am symptom free since my
treatment. I have moved to PA and about three and a half hours
away from Dr. Shoemakers office. He used to be right outside my
back door (thank God) I'd go back in a heart beat. To put it
another way, "The Man Knows His Shit". I write this with sincere
appreciation for the care and patiencce that he extended to me.
And I will warn any skeptic, asking questions is one thing but if
you honestly don't want him to spend his time and effort to find
out what does ail and treat, don't bother. There's always someone
eles who needs him desprately. Half the battle of any illness is
wanting to get better. Give him a fair chance. I did. If his
treatment doesn't cure don't be bitter, it may not work for all,
the same as any other science.
Sincerely, Terry Elias
