    Hi there, I recently came across a web page that had a couple of
    sound samples of Dr. Shoemaker explaining his treatment for lyme
    disease, but there was no information on how to contact him or
    anything. I was wondering if you could tell me a phone number or
    an address or a web site or something where I could contact his
    office. I live all the way in Washington state, but I would still
    like to get tested for neurotoxins. I suspect that I may have
    gotten lyme disease about three and a half years ago and have
    suffered a severe chronic health condition ever since with all the
    classic symptoms of chronic lyme. If you could give me any
    information I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
