I'm currently working for Tim Horton's and we have started
a safety com. Need to set up something that members can
check off weekly that pretains to safety in the working
place. Would like to set up a form of sorts. If anyone has
any info. or ideas or example of a form. Please contact me
at my e-mail address. Any help would be appreciated as we
are just starting out with this and would like to see this
suceed.
