I don't know that much, just what I've read and what he's told me.

Treatment should include:

CoenzymeQ10,

NAC,

Vitamin B12 (Hydroxy) injections,

possible dietary changes (coffee to tea, meats to fish, etc.)

And some other things but I do not now recall what they are.
