Re: Pesticides in Workplace and employee safety

    PRS:

I thought I posted this, but here it goes again. Contact
EPA's Office of Pesticide Programs. EPA does regulate
pesticide applications, whether by individuals or commercial.
What is the pesticide that was sprayed? Obtain a label. Is
it labeled for application onto furniture, and if so, were
all aspects of the label and DFU followed (e.g. re-entry,
    protective equipment, posted warnings, etc.)?

I would believe that EPA cooperates with a state agency
there, as the lead pesticide agency.
