Post: auto accident 8 2 05

Posted by charles goble on 5/05/07

was setting in traffic in a 1998 pontiac grand am .
suddenly hit in rear by a 2003 honda pilot suv. my
    brother daniel now deceased , meth overdose 10 27 05 ,
    accident was 8 2 05 , i have a condition called
spondylotisthesis, not spelled right, have had it sine 1989
at least. at the time of the accident my brother was taken
by ambulance, to hospital, i didn't feel much pain as i
usually had a slight backache. so i didn't go to the
hospital until the next morning, when i woke in the morning,
i was in terrible pain , well since then everyday has been
a nightmare. at this time im taking up to 8 loritab 10 3
800 milligram ibuprofen and 3 800 milligram skelaxin and 2
10 milligram valiam a day. and im still in constant pain.
here is the loop hole state farm is using to not pay me for
pain and suffering. i had been to the emergency room a few
days before with a bad backache. so state farm says that
everything wrong with me now was wrong with me allready.
that being rearended and knocked a city block, had nothing
to do with my pain im enduring now. and get this , when i
took my car to the body shop that they said i had to take
it to, the lady there said the car was not safe to drive.
said the rear wheels looked to be leaning inward and she
suspected the unibody was bent, and the deck lid and rear
lights looked to be misaligned, signs of unibody damage.
it was going down the road crooked. 5 days later , i got
the call that the car was ready.when i got to the shop i
was told there was 31 dollars in damage, yep just the cost
to buff the bumper out. state farm said they believed
everything else was allready done. and unless i had
pictures to prove it before the accident, then they wernt
going to even take it into consideration, kinda like my
back was allready in this condition unless i could prove
otherwise. im writing this to beg for help from anyone ,
that might be able to help me.they are in the wrong and
they know it. the bottom line is this , i believe state
farms are padding the pockets of there preferred body
shops, because the least damage to the vehicle, the least
they can say the impact was, now here is where and how it
happened, north east ohio. intersection of rt 83 and center
ridge rd, zip 44053 , im sitting still in the turning lane
to pull into the bp gas station, when the elderly gentlemen
smashed into me, he was cited for speed and unassured
clear distance, and possibly reckless operation of a motor
vehicle. note very nice gentlemen, he was shaken up badly,
i bought him a gatorade and calmed him down, he explained
he was in a rush to get to the airport to pickup his son
and just didn't see me. his first ever ticket at age 70
something. statute of limitations runs out in my case
august 2 2007. , that will be 2 years, state farm has paid
1 chripractor and i believe for 1 catscan, they wont
even take into consideration my other doctors that ive
seen. they origanaly offered me 75 dollars, after many
phone calls and a letter from the chriropractor they
offered 200 dollars and said that's there final offer.
even tho i had a degenerative back disease to begin with i
could still work and carry on everyday life, after the
accident ive gained 50 + lbs, blood pressure went from near
perfect to 160 over 90, and that's with the blood pressure
medicine., bottom line is this state farm isnt going to go
against state farm. i had the same full coverage insurance
as the other driver. i cant find a attorney that will take
the case because of my previous back condition, last but
not least my brother was riding with me was bent over
putting out a cigarette, he had told me that he was
diagnosed with 6 ruptured disks, so if it impacted him
that much, how can state farm say it was such a light
impact.? if there is anyone out there that can help me
please contact me either by phone or email. email is
reblgobel1@aol.com or you can call me at 440 377
0080 .charles goble . ps as a indirect impact of this my
brother daniel lee goble died from a methodone overdose
about 2 months after the accident, i guess he just couldn't
handle the pain anymore. im going to try to get this to
trial and i suppose i,ll have to represent myself. unless i
can find a attorney to help me, i plan on trying to send
this to as many people as possible., if my story puts a
damper on your day or makes you mad or sad that i sent it,
please except my apoligies, yes i know i cant spell very
well, so heres my story, please keep me in your prayers
and try to please pass my story along and forward it to as
many people as possible, even newspapers or any place or
person that might be able to help me. sincerely charles
    goble.
