The use of high levels of ozone is a dangerous treatment
that oxidizes other materials in your home into small toxic
particles that are known carcinogenic chemicals and
particles, such as Aldehydes, formaldehyde, toluene, etc.
There are studies now that show this. Such as by Nazaroff,
Weschler, london, and others. Do your homework. Research
this before you allow it to be done in your home. THEY WILL
TELL you it is safe. It is NOT. It's sad because the
information IS starting to come out. There are studies of
indoor air quality and ozone use. Nazaroff, Weschler,
London, others.
Ozone is an extreme oxidizer. It oxidizes (breaks down)
paint, carpet, pads, plastics, rubber, the PVC plumbing
pipes, plastic counters, wood glue, plastic shower
enclosures, vinyl, flooring, even properties in certain
woods get broken down to some toxic particles. Breaks them
down to small carcinogenic toxic particles that are very
dangerous for your health and our environment. It's very
corrosive. It will burn your skin and lungs. Ozone oxidizes
clothing fibers. Mine were and they still outgas and smell
8 months later. The ozone changed the chemical properties
of the clothing. the fumes make me sick. Especially
synthetic fibers. OZONE mixed with consumer cleaning and
deodorizing products also get broken down to small toxic
particles, let alone the industrial strength cleaning and
deoderizing products used along with ozone for smoke and
other restoration treatments. This treatment will leave
your home dangerously toxic.
This was done to my home and 8 months later I still can not
live in my home. I have/get severe lung, throat, glands,
head, nose, eyes, breathing reactions and problems from the
fumes. Neurological and hormon reactions also.

Restoration company workers are getting sick from the
chemicals used. Environmental workers who have been going
into and inspecting toxic homes are getting sick and also
dying of cancer. People having respiritory problems after
the use of these chemicals.
WE ARE POISONING OURSELVES with the use of chemicals which
the chemical industry is making billions from. Pesticides
alone are a serious serious poison to peoples health and
the environment and should be stopped being used and
manufactured immediately. There are NO SAFE LEVELS.

Fragrances are petrol chemicals. Known cancer causing
chemicals. Carcinogenic and Toxic. The fragrance industry
is self regulated. They do not have to list WHAT chemicals
are in the term "Fragrance" when you see that on a label.
It can be hundreds of different petrol chemicals, known
carcinogenic chemicals. These companies do not have to list
the ingrediants due to it being a propietary secret. You
can force the information through the "freedom of
information act". An environmental group has petitioned the
EPA regarding, for example, Calvin Kleins "ETERNITY"
perfume, stating that the ingrediants in the "FRAGRANCE"
part are known carcinogenic chemicals and that it should be
listed on the label, "Has NOT been tested for safety." They
are trying to get out to the public the dangerous chemicals
being used by the fragrance industry. The term "Fragrance"
unless it states that it is a natural essential oil, can be
hundreds of petrol chemicals. The fragrances put in
consumer products are causing major health problems for
people. Asthma, lung problems, cancer, immune disorders,
hormone disorders since many are hormone disruptors and
worse. The chemical industry is making billions at the
expense of our health and the health of our environment.
Take Anti-bacterial chemicals alone as an example. The
biggest one being used in "TRICLOSAN". it is the main
ingrediant in any Anti-Bacterial product. You are better
off using just soap and water. TRICLOSAN is related to
Agent Orange, a neurological harming chemical. There is a
lot of information about the dangers of TRICLOSAN. Yet it
is being put in dish soap, hand soap, I just heard it's
being put in skin creams and toothpaste but I have not
found this yet. The city of SAN JOSE and Palo Alto,
California has banned it's use in city facilities and
schools. I think Sweden also has banned it's use. major
store chains in the UK have banned it from their shelves.
It is being found now in the San francisco Bay and in fish
due to it's prolific use in consumer products.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING with TRICLOSAN in it. Just use soap and
water. It is VERY dangerous especially for children who's
neurological systems are developing.
FLAME RETARDANT: TOXIC. It is put in clothing, your
bedding, your linens, your beds, childrens clothing,
computers, modems, TV's,. it is being outlawed in
California next year (2008). But thousands of people have
been harmed, damaged their health and well being.
HP and Apple have stopped using it in their electronics. I
believe Ikea has beds with no Flame retardent.
The cleaning solution used in my home says:type of mixture:
Flame Retardent.
Why are these chemicals being allowed to be used or
manufactured? and then years after the fact they say,"
...ooops SORRY....we made a mistake.... SORRY".
