Since we purchased our Il Villagio condo in Oct 2005 (less than 2 years) we have mold for the THIRD time. DryRite has remediated 2 times before taking months to complete. Now its back despite the constant use of the dehumidifier and other moisture elimination methods. Does anyone know what our legal options are against the builder? I'm not sure if this is bad remediation or just a POS condo. Help!!! We are at our wits end.
