After reading the advice given by Rem Dude, it's not worth stirring
the pot and potentially (and unknowingly) creating a very bad
situation even worse. You know how to get the documentation and who
to call, if not, read the minutes from the last board meeting or get
a copy of the audio. From a legal standpoint, I have much more to
lose than you, and your postings are not worthy of my time.
