It is a reality. I am a victim. I was crippled and dead for about
four minutes as a result of being hit by an intoxicated uninsured
driver. State Farm was my insurance company at the time. I am
totally and completely disabled. State Farm has, in the very face
of full culpability on their part, refused to settle or even make
an offer of settlement within their own policy limits for over six
years. I've been told they never settle...ever. State Farm's
regrettable standard practices have drained me of every possible
financial resource I have or had and have left me at time, in utter
despair. I now live on disability with an income $10.00 below the
Federally designated poverty level. (See Case of State Farm Mutual
Insurance Co. v. Campbell re: Supreme Court Reporter 492 US 257).
It is a mirror image of my own case and of what this insurance
company (State Farm) has put me through for over 6 years now. I go
to trial against them on April 22nd. Please pray for me as my
case, like so many others stand as horrifying testimonies of the
reprehensible, fraudulent, illegal, deliberately predatory
practices governing State Farm as an entity. On a personal level,
thank you for taking the action you did. I needed to read it.
Perhaps there is some good left in this world afterall. God Bless
You
