I have had my house tested, and no stachy mold was discovered by using the air sample method. The walls have not been opened. I was told that stachy might not be picked up in the air samples & that I could possibly have stachy. Is this true? We are getting ready to get a scope of remediation necessary to eliminate the mold. I just want to make certain it is done right. Any advise on what to watch for from the remediations consultants?
