Post: suspect botched remediation at workplace

I'm starting research into remediation at my workplace
which took place several times over the last 10 years.
Airhandlers, ductwork, and walls were included. Ducts
were "treated" annually as part of a "maintenance" contract
with the HVAC contractor servicing the equipment.

I need a starting place regarding the type of goof ups that
might result in central nervous system damage, heart
block,& vertigo if there is such a relationship.

The remediator denies having any of their old records or
being in the bldg. There are records that they were but not
specifics on what they did.
