Dear Prospect to Purchase: Thank you :) My family is well now that
we don't live there anymore. I'm not sure what the plan is, if
anything at this point. I don't know what to do or who to go to for
help other than to let the condo foreclose. :(
Alice: Did you end up renting? I still own the unit in Il Villagio
but am forced to live someplace else. I've had to go in there a few
times and immediately became sick. The mold is prevalent throughout
the entire complex - it is a building envelope problem caused by a
construction defect.
