Re: Mold Remediation Nightmare - Dririte, Jacksonville, FL
Posted by In response to Lee Kellison on 2/13/09

    Mr. Kellison,
Dri-Rite, Dri Right, DRIRITE, Dryright, Dry Right is WRONG. I
don't believe in unethical attorneys representing clients that
knowingly have put HUNDREDS of families at risk of toxic mold
exposure--- I am lucky that my infant daughter is able to
breathe on her own due to the NEGLECT on your company's part
to actually solve the moisture problem in Il Villagio condos.
The mold here is REAL. The problems are REAL. The statements
that homeowners are making are REAL. They aren't made up
stories from ex coworkers of that company---THEY ARE ALL TRUE
and if anyone has any questions, I would hope that they would
visit Il Vilagio themselves and ask ANY homeowner. No need to
ask, you can see it for yourself growing on all of the
windows, walls, ceilings, AC ducts. It's not just in one or
two units, it's in every single unit in Il Vilagio. So if
DryRite did such a great job, then WHY is there still evidence
and health related issues from units that were "remediated" by
your company? Why has DriRite had to REDO and RE-REMEDIATE
several untis AND the clubhouse? If you believe your company
is so legit, where are the HUNDREDS of files and documentation
regarding the excellent remediation of all of these units? Oh
wait, that would be EVIDENCE against your company wouldn't
    it?
In response to JS, if anyone has any advice, the owners here
would love to speak to someone on how to remediate the
problems with the mold. Please contact the Il Villagio Home
Owners Association or the Property Manager at Marsh Landing.
