Re: Mold Remediation Nightmare - Dririte, Jacksonville, FL

The previous poster's rant about every single homeowner in Il Villagio being affected by "toxic" (? not proven toxic) mold is INCORRECT. I have owned here since early 2005 and have NEVER had a problem with mold. I checked with every neighbor I encounter and they have not had mold issues either. It's a shame that some units have mold (a common problem in FL ) and I hope the problems are fixed. But to make claims that the entire community is infested and that this company failed to do it's job is irresponsible. There is a proper, professional and legal way to handle their concerns that do not involve throwing every other Il Villagio owner under the bus. Grow up. Posting generalizations like these online hurt the property values of us all, including you.
