Re: Mold Remediation Nightmare - Dririte, Jacksonville, FL
Posted by Lee G. Kellison, Esquire on 8/30/06

    To Whom It May Concern:

This Law Firm has the pleasure of representing DRIRITE®
located in Jacksonville, Florida. DRIRITE® is aware of three
negative postings on this website, posted on April 18, 19th
and June 13th. Please be advised that DRIRITE® finds them to
be slanderous and defamatory. DRIRITE® suspects that a
former employee and/or a competitor of DRIRITE® posted the
negative statements in order to unfairly damage the DRIRITE®
    name, reputation, and business.

DRIRITE® values its hard earned reputation in the mold
remediation industry. The company takes pride in performing
its services and has an excellent customer satisfaction
history. DRIRITE® is eager to dismiss any concerns raised as
a result of the untrue statements. Please feel free to
contact Kathy Bookstore at DRIRITE® if you have any
questions, comments or concerns relating to the Toxlaw.com
    postings.

    Sincerely,

    Lee G. Kellison /s/
