    More information would be helpful.

Is the patient being prescribed the supplement?
    If so,
Is the patient being prescribed the supplement to treat a
    problem?
    If so,
Is the problem being treated a deficiency?
    If so,
    How was the deficiency established?

Is the supplement or "naturaceutical" sold by the physician?
    If so,
Is it packaged by the physician or anyone related to the
    physician?

Does the purchase of the prescribed "naturaceutical" result
    in a kick back?
